Sorry but I don't think you are correct on that.

Otherwise it should say JLC Master Date with Ultra Thin movement or JLC Master Moon with Ultra Thin movement wouldn't it? Also are you aware of the size of the movements on these watches? Which are a simple time and date watch and time date and moonphase

such a great piece and the forerunner up to the Master Moon. Even though the 5-link bracelet looks more in touch with modern times, the "rice grain" style of bracelet is MUCH more comfortable and doesn't show scratches nearly as easily. Congrats on a 25 y

Early 2000s Master Control Master Date

I was lucky to buy this in 2005 on ebay as NOS, 2 or 3 years after it was discontinued. I will confess that it took a very long time to grow on me. I even tried to sell it once or twice over the years. But as my taste in watches has 'mellowed' the appeal
